We know ordering online can be problematic with selecting the correct fit or size. That’s why we offer a 7-day Fit guarantee.

Return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order and your exchanged product will be shipped to you for free (subject to stock availability).

In order to return your purchase, the following must be true:

  • The item has not been used or worn and is in original, saleable condition
  • The box is undamaged
  • You purchased your product(s) from runshop.co.nz
  • You have the original receipt/invoice
  • The original tags are attached.

Please follow the instructions below.

  • Contact customer service ASAP at info@allsports.co.nz outlining your size change request. An RA number (Return Authorisation Number) will be generated including shipping instruction and a return address.
  • All products need to be returned in same condition that you received it and in its original undamaged packaging. 
  • Once you receive acknowledgement from us of your request, please proceed with returning the item.
  • The customer is responsible for the return freight to Allsports Distribution.
  • Please wrap a shoe box in paper or place the item inside a courier bag to return. Do not attach or write anything directly on the box including postage labels or tape or we won't be able to complete your return. 
  • We recommend sending via trackable freight service as we do not take responsibility of the returned items
  • Please ensure your full name, postal address, email address, phone number(s) and PLEASE INCLUDE the RA number (affixed to the outside of returned package). This will help speed up the return process.
  • Please note that purchases via this website cannot be returned to retail stores.

General Returns. 

Return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order to receive a refund of the original purchase price or a RunShop web-store credit providing the product meets the requirements as detailed above.

Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, minus any shipping charges.

Once a refund is issued, your banking institution may take up to 10 business days for this to be applied to your account.

Warranty and Repair Return Policy. 

If you have warranty request or concern it should be returned to where you purchased your goods where they will process on your behalf. 

If purchased on runshop.co.nz please follow the below instruction.

  • Email returns@allsports.co.nz with a brief outline of the issue.
  • They will provide an RA number (Return Authorisation Number) with the warranty or repair outlined including shipping instructions and a return address.
  • All products must to be returned washed, cleaned and dirt free before we process with the request.
  • Once you receive acknowledgement from us, please proceed with returning the item.
  • You are responsible for the return freight to Allsports Distribution / RunShop New Zealand.
  • We recommend sending via trackable freight service as we do not take responsibility of the returned items
  • Please ensure your full name, postal address, email address, phone number(s) and PLEASE INCLUDE the RA number (affixed to the outside of returned package). This will help speed up the return process.

Replacements and exchanges are also subject to availability as we frequently sell out of styles, sizes and colours. If we cannot provide the item you require and your request is covered by the points above, we will issue a refund promptly.
